Uniquely nestled in the Texas Hill Country¹s Upper Highland Lakes Region, Canyon of the Eagles takes its name from the American Bald Eagles that nest within the surrounding area from October through March each year. The Park is dedicated to showcasing the flora and fauna of beautiful Lake Buchanan and to providing a home for the endangered Black-capped Vireo and the Golden cheeked Warbler. Wildflowers are abundant throughout the spring and early summer! Venues include a 60 room lodge, 23 full service RV sites, 25 improved campsites and 10 primitive campsites.
